Merry Christmas.

Acts 20:35


35 I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.


Today was Christmas. We all celebrated by giving and receiving gifts. The ones we gave w prayed that those receiving them would like what we had got or made for them. When we could see that they truly enjoyed them we ourselves got excited. It is then that we see just how true the verse is. However, I think what we can give is so much more than what we wrap under a tree. Most of us have developed unwavering faith. We have hope in Christ. We have love for our fellow man. We have so many more gifts to give. We need to give strength to the weak by helping them up and standing with them in the battle. We need to give courage to the people who are afraid by stand strong and showing them they are not alone. We can give faith to the doubter by showing them what God has already done for us and what he has brought us through. Most of all we can show them the road to salvation. In that they will develop the hope we all share in Christ. Let’s start giving the gift of Christ. Merry Christmas everyone. God bless you all.
