MALACHI 3:3
3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness.
When God begins to cleanse us it hurts. We are put through fire and trials. We fail to forget that when silver is put through fire it cleanses it. It pulls all the impurities out. A while back I read that how the refiner knows it is done is when he can fully see his reflection in it. When God is cleansing us that is what he is working for. He wants to look at us and see his image. So when trials come, hardaches hit, and it feels like the world is falling apart around you. Just know God is using this to make you that pure silver he wants to see his own reflection in.
