Revelation 3:20
20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
Have you ever been home and you look out your window and see that one family coming that you tend to hide from? You will hide even when they begin to knock on your door. You just do not feel like talking with them so you wait until they leave before coming out of your hiding place. Now what if it is the last time they knock? What if they decide knocking on our door is not worth it anymore? Almost everyone would then begin to look for that family member and may never find them. Jesus is knocking right now. All he wants us to do is open the door and let him in. He is not there asking for money or to borrow your car. He is saying let me in and I will give you life everlasting. I beg you to let him in. Set down with him and accept his salvation. Don’t make him keep knocking. It may seem so hard to open that door, but when you do, it will change your life.
