Let God Lead You

Proverbs 3:5-6

5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Everyone comes to that one point in there life were we ask why. We don’t understand why we are facing the trials we must go through, but we fail to realize what he has planned what we could never understand. I had to learn this from setting in a hospital watching my son go through testing and procedures on his heart. I would constantly ask, ” God, why did you give me a child that has to endure so much pain?” I would ask this time and time again. Then one day I saw that little boy raise his hands and say, Praise God. This kid had been through so much pain and couldn’t understand much, only being a 2 year old, yet he was praising God. God had a plan I couldn’t understand but all I could do was pray for him to lead me down the right path. So when everything is falling apart and it seems like there is no where to turn, I beg you turn to God and understand he has you in his hands. He will lead you through the battle and even though at times we feel pain. His plan is only to make us better. It is hard to accept it, but don’t try to figure an impossible situation out on your own. Lean on God and ask him, “How do I make it through this?” I promise he will not lead you down a path that is wrong.
