Hebrew 12:2
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
How can you follow someone you never met? How can you trust in someone you have only heard of? How do you know he is even real? This is some of the questions we are asked. They don’t understand that we follow him because he gave it all for us. We trust in him because he died for us. He left heaven to be the greatest sacrifice. We have faith he is real. We believe without seeing. We can feel his presence all around us. Our faith starts with him. It starts when we accept him. It is there we finish our journey and become children of God.
