Psalms 112:7-8
7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.
8 His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies.
We all have gotten bad news or “evil tidings”. Most of the time it hits us hard. We are scared and don’t know where to turn. Just turn to God and fix your eyes on him. The enemy will throw things at you to try and shake you. I urge you to stand fast. God is in control. I have gotten my fair share of bad news. I used to let it shake me and I would start to become scared. I have learned God is in control and he will protect me and keep me. My heart is established with him and nothing is stronger than him.
