Send Me

Isaiah 6:8

8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.

I was driving to Knoxville today thinking who is God going to send to reach the lost, when it hit me, he has sent each and every one of us. We heard his calling in our hearts. We gave our lives to him. We accepted his will in our lives. Just like the soldier who is deployed. He may not want to go but he already made his mind up that he was willing when he signed the papers. We made our minds up when we said yes lord I will follow you. God is wanting us to stand up and go fourth to reach the lost. He is wanting us to go out and pray for the sick. We have waited for him to send someone else. The person God is sending is each and every one of us. So go fourth and testify. Go and spread the word. God and give hope to the sinner and show them the better way. It is time for us to say, “send me lord,” and then go where God sends us.
