Exodus 23:2
2 Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment:
When we were growing up and a group got in trouble we all said everyone else was doing it, and we got asked if they where jumping off a bridge would you join them? That saying fits perfect with what I am about to say. We are not supposed to follow the crowd, we are supposed to follow God. I mean when we get to heaven and face judgment and thier is sin in your life are you going to say everyone else was doing it. Or, well, everyone else accepted it. Yea, please don’t do that, because God gave us the exact way he wants us to live and what to stay away from. Playing oblivious and blaming the group probably won’t work out for you. The thing is when we follow the crowd we always stray away from the path of righteousness. Now I’m not saying if you are going to church or a fellows Christian’s house is wrong. What I am saying, is look at the world the majority is against everything we believe. They don’t care much for us. The crowd is the world and we are not supposed to be the world. There are many who think that what God says is sin is okay because it’s 2021. The lasttime I checked God did not ever say it was okay to change with the world. He said be separate from the world, but yet we see many of our brother and sisters following the crowd. It is a sad thing. I would rather follow God alone and enter heaven than follow the crowd into hell. Remember, just because everyone else is doing it does not mean God will give you a pass on it.
