Jeremiah 18:4
4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.
John 16:33
33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Do you remember when you became a Christian? You felt like nothing could affect you. You were on cloud nine. Then you went under attack from the enemy. You begin to face more troubles than you ever thought. However, as you overcome each obstacle, you become stronger. You feel closer to God. That is because each tribulation you face and everything that breaks you down, God takes you and builds you back stronger. God will take the weaker parts of you and throw them away. He is the potter, and sometimes it hurts when he removes the parts of us that we don’t need. But, you have to climb up on the potter’s will and let God do his work.
