Thank You

John 11:41


41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.

Today my son brought me a lunchable to open and I did. He looked up at me with his big brown eyes and said, thank you daddy. Then he went off to eat it. He does this all the time and everytime it makes me feel good that he is thankful when I help him. However, today I thought of how much God loves to hear thank you. God gave me life and gave me the sacrifice of his only begotten Son. There is nothing I can say or do to compare to that. So I set there and began to thank God. It is time we all stop and just say thank you to God. Thank him for the salvation through Jesus Christ. For the prayers he has answered and even the prayers when he didn’t do what we wanted. Just stop and tell God thank you, God more than deserves it.
