Church It Up

Colossians 4:5-6


5 Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
6 Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

Today we see many who have not been taught the word of God. Their parents or gaurdians were not in church, therefore they where not raised in it. We need to appeal to them with the word. If we go to them with a bland word it will not be appealing at all. It’s like trying to get someone to eat some home cooked food. If it lacks seasoning it will lack flavor. If you put season on it, it will have so much flavor that people will come back for more. That is how we need to present God. Praise what Jesus has done. Brag of his grace. Let that smile spread on your face as you proclaim his glory. Season it with every answer. Show the beautiful emotion with every word. It is worth you letting your emotions shine when you answer the questions of those who are unlearned in God.
