Colossians 3:24
23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
It’s like working a job. You do it for the pay right, but all the glory will always go to the boss. Yea you get payed, but when sales reports come out the boss will get the credit. Most have no problem with this, because some bosses then turn around and give you a raise. It is this way with being a Christian. Our boss should get all the praise. He deserves all the glory. When we do his work more people praise him. They learn of his love and he is praised that much more. That is our job. We are to bring more people to praise our mighty God. I’m turn God blesses us. The harder we work the more of a blessed we recieve. It is better any bonus a boss can give you, because he already has given you eternal life and then blesses you more. Can it get much better than that?
