His Fullness

Ephesians 3:19

19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.


I remember when I first accepted God. I had become aware that I was a sinner and I felt empty. I needed something to fill that void and I found it in God. It’s like when you begin to crave a certain food. Let’s say you are craving tacos. You can eat pizza, spaghetti, or steak but nothing takes the place of the tacos you are wanting. The only way to satisfy that hunger is to eat a taco. That is how I felt without God. Nothing would fill that void until I accepted him. Once I did, I realized something amazing. It was not like it is with tacos. I didn’t get sick from eating to much. The more I prayed and sought him out, the more I was filled. God has an abundance of love. It is endless. He wants us to accept more of him. That is the beauty of his fullness. It is forever growing. It is the never ending buffet that we all need to take part of.
